What will I receive each month?

Three different loose-leaf teas. Both box sizes contain the same three tea varieties; only the amount differs.

Will I receive the same teas again?

The selection is planned without repeats for at least the first two years of an active subscription.

Can I cancel after the first box?

Yes. There is no minimum term. After the first payment, you can cancel before the next payment and receive only the first paid box.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Shipping for the subscription box is included in the displayed subscription price when the correct delivery country is selected.

Can I pause or skip a month?

Yes. You can pause, skip, reactivate or cancel through the customer portal.

Can I change the size of my subscription?

Yes. The size can be changed for future unpaid boxes. An order that has already been paid cannot be changed.

How do I access the customer portal?

Through the link in your subscription email, or by entering your email address and a verification code on the website.

Can I send the subscription as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient's address during checkout. Add a personal message and preferred starting period in the cart notes.

When will I be charged and when is the box sent?
