Christmas Black Tea – Spicy Companion for Cold Weather

Even though it's called Christmas tea, we start to drink it with the first signs of leaves turning yellowish, because it helps to mitigate drops in outside temperature and rising of outside humidity.

• Ingredients: Assam black tea (90%), orange peel, chopped almonds, cloves, rose petals, vanilla, cardamom seeds.
• Brewing: 95–100°C
• Amount: 15–25 g of tea per 1l of water
• Steeping time: normally 3–5 minutes; adjust the amount and steeping time to taste.
• Serving: woolen sweater and cozy socks advised.
