Dianhong is a black tea from Yunnan province; our variety produces full-bodied red liquor. It actually goes nicely with milk and/or honey, but don't tell to the Chinese connoisseurs we do this.
Ingredients: organic Dianhong black tea
Brewing: 90–95°C
Amount: 12–20g per 1l teapot
Steeping time: First infusion 2 minutes; second infusion 1–2 minutes; third infusion 2–3 minutes.
