Dragon Phoenix Pearls – A Little Show in Your Teapot

Green tea and jasmine, rolled into little pearls that slowly unfurl in hot water. Watching them open is a perfectly valid reason to stare at your teapot for two minutes.

The jasmine brings a floral aroma to the smooth green tea underneath. Fragrant, gently sweet, and especially lovely in a glass teapot.

Keep an eye on the steeping time — even pretty pearls can turn bitter if forgotten.

• Ingredients: Green tea, jasmine
• Brewing: 90°C
• Amount: 12–16g per 1l of water
• Steeping time: 2 minutes. 2 infusions recommended; avoid oversteeping.
• Serving: A glass teapot gives the pearls room to open and you a front-row seat.
