Made from dried, vibrant purple globe amaranth (Gomphrena globosa) flowers, this herbal tea is naturally caffeine-free and ideal for making moments special.

When brewed, the flowers create a delicate purple or pink infusion with a light floral aroma and gentle flavor.

• Ingredients: Gomphrena globosa flowers
• Brewing: 100°C (boiling). This tea can be boiled to increase brew color intensity if used for creative decorative drinks. Best prepared with mineral or filtered water.
• Amount: 3–6g per brew, depending on the desired color and flavour intensity.
• Steeping time: 5–10 minutes, adjust to taste
• Serving: Enjoy plain or sweeten with rock sugar or honey. PLEASE use glass teaware, the flowers are so beautiful 🥹
• Optional: Can be blended with herbs like chrysanthemum or lily; also great as a cold tea.
