Longjing – The Dragon With a Softer Side

Longjing, also known as Dragon Well, is a Chinese green tea with distinctive flat leaves shaped during pan-firing.

Known for its mild, nutty flavour and smooth finish, it has a gentle toasted character that makes it very easy to come back for another cup.

A rather dramatic name for such an easygoing tea. We like that about it.

• Ingredients: Longjing green tea
• Brewing: 75–85°C
• Amount: 12–18g per 1l of water
• Steeping time: First infusion 1 minute; subsequent infusions 1–2 minutes.
