A go-to variety for when you JUST want a good green tea, please, okay.

• Ingredients: organic sencha tea
• Brewing: 70–80°C
• Amount: 12–20 g of tea per 1l of water
• Steeping time: first infusion 2 minutes; second infusion 1 minute; further infusions: 1–2 minutes.

But, like, who counts the infusions with senchas, we just put a teapot within hand's reach, add water when we're out of tea and rebrew the whole thing once in a while, let's be frank about it.
